I am a Clinical Professional Counselor with a Masters of Science in Counseling from National Louis University. I am also a national certified counselor. Prior to starting Live your Life- Life Coaching, I worked with the Catholic Charities Diocese of Joliet working with the homeless population from 2015-2020. After a particularly hard year with the loss of several close family members, I realized that the future was not guaranteed to anyone, so I chose a new direction, life coaching.

I like to believe that I was destined to become a life coach and help others. When I was a child, my favorite game was playing school. I was the teacher of my neighborhood playmates. I loved making up worksheets and being the teacher. Fast foward to the present, my career as a Clinical Professional Counselor always reminds me of the thrill I felt back in the neighborhood instructing and helping others. There are many times in our lives where we are in transition. We are not always aware we are at a crossroads and can make different choices to have a different outcome. What college should I attend, should I say yes to the first date, go out or stay home Saturday night; are all examples of decisions that could have changed the course of a life. Other transitions are more prominent in our minds. Getting married, buying the first house, birth of babies, jobs and finally retirement. Are you at a crossroad in your life and need some direction? I live with my Husband and an adult son, who has a cognitive disability and is on the Autism Spectrum. I also have a married daughter and two grandchildren.
